What is Indonesian Women in Cybersecurity (IWCS)?

In 2021, a group of outstanding female individuals from diverse Indonesian cybersecurity institutions and leading Indonesian companies came together to form the Indonesia Women in Cybersecurity (IWCS) initiative. This movement is a non-profit organization that aims to carry out the IWCS program’s objectives. It accomplishes so through involving women as stakeholders in the cyber sector, with the goal of inspiring and collaborating to strengthen Indonesia’s cyber security.

Mission

IWCS’s mission is to empower women and girls in Indonesia

Can be in the form of training, or sharing knowledge and so on.

Supporting the careers of Indonesian women in cybersecurity field.
Train the new generation through apprenticeship programs with a direct
training approach in the workplace so as to accelerate the improvement
of the quality of human resources.
